Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Requirements

iActivate.host will not be responsible for any invalid information you provide, and it is your responsibility to verify that you provided valid data. You are acknowledging that you could possibly get emails from iActivate.host and iActivate.host is not responsible for any emails that were not accepted by you in the event they get blocked or marked as spam. You understand and accept that you are fully responsible for providing correct and accurate information about yourself and your product. We will not be responsible for any invalid installments sent to an incorrect location, and any unclaimed finances may be subject to be collected by administrative powers under pertinent unclaimed subsidizes and escheat laws. You agree that we have no commitment to you if any of your unclaimed subsidizes are turned over to administrative powers.

Provide accurate information about yourself (First name, email address) and product identifier (IMEI or Serial) you submit to us.

Acknowledging Condition and All Responsibilities

iActivate software was designed to help people who are faced with the problem of MDM lock (Remote Management lock) on iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch (WIFI or GSM). Our website provides a solution to bypass the MDM profile and remove the lock on your apple device. iActivate software does not make any changes to the operating system of the iOS device. It is compatible with Windows OS and MAC OS.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the licensed software (application) is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for the malfunction of your apple device or computer on which you are installing the iactivate software. Using of iActivate MDM Bypass software requires computer connection with your iPhone or iPad via lightning cable.

iActivate host is not responsible in such cases:

• Your Apple device is defective – broken screen, the power and volume buttons are not working.
• MDM locked device has hardware issues.
• The computer on which you installed the iActivate software is infected with viruses.

iActivate software is designed for education purpose and for personal, non-commercial and non-profit uses.
That means that we have no responsibility for damaging or non software usage, for how and where you want to use your device (for personal use or for sale). This software is not for selling.

iActivate.host reserves the right to terminate or suspend your use of the iActivate Software. If you do not comply with this Agreement or any other iActivate.host policy or procedure, we, in our sole discretion, can determine termination.

Use of Information.

We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to the use and assignment of all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services.

We may allow access to or advertise third-party merchant sites (“Merchants”) from which you may purchase certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. You agree that use of such Merchants is AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.

Third-Party Merchant Policies.

All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on such sites. We are not responsible for information provided by you to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

Use of Software

iActivate.host offer service that provides a license to use of iActivate MDM Bypass software for one device. After you complete check out on the iActivate.host website, you must agree to abide by the following terms in order to use the iActivate Software.

The software and accompanying documentation that is made available to download from this Site is the copyrighted and/or patented work of iActivate.host Software, and/or its suppliers. Use of the software is governed by the terms of the license agreement that accompanies or is included with such software. Such terms are available for review and are incorporated here in by this reference. You will not be able to download or install any software that is accompanied by or includes a license agreement unless you agree to the terms of such license agreement. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that any credit information you supply is true and complete, charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
