If you haven’t received any email updates about your order, more likely they were marked as spam. Some email providers (for example @mac.com or @icloud.com) may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Unfortunately it depends on the configuration of the mail server which accepts letters.
If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, don’t place your order again until you’re sure the order didn’t go through. Otherwise you may end up with a duplicate order. First, make sure you entered the correct information during placing your order.
