Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

If you haven’t received any email updates about your order, more likely they were marked as spam. Some email providers (for example @mac.com or @icloud.com) may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Unfortunately it depends on the configuration of the mail server which accepts letters.

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, don’t place your order again until you’re sure the order didn’t go through. Otherwise you may end up with a duplicate order. First, make sure you entered the correct information during placing your order.

Check your junk mail – some spam filters prevent our emails reaching your inbox. Check your spam folder or search for an email from [email protected]. If you find the email in junk please mark is as ‘not junk’ to ensure safe delivery in future.
Check email addresses you used to place order – if in case you enter a different email address then usual during ordering?
Use support page – please contact us using support form with different email address (for example use @gmail email service)  provide IMEI or serial number of the device you used to place an order. You can also contact us on Facebook or Twitter
