Is My iPad MDM Locked?
Our program supports only iDevices with configuration profile on them. You need to make sure your corporate iPad or iPhone is really MDM locked BEFORE ordering our service.
Your iPad has a configuration profile (MDM) on it if:
- The iDevice asks your corporate login and password during activation
- A message similar to ‘Airline (name) will configure this device automatically' appears on screen
- The iOS device shows a message about being a corporate iPhone or iPad
- You see a message that administrator can remotely manage your Apple device
- You can see MDM profile section in your Settings
- The message says Administrator can distantly configure gadget’s settings
Once you have double checked and know for sure that your iPad is MDM locked and participates in Apple DEP program in airline industry, you can order iActivate MDM remove service. You will get complete control over corporate iPad, its configuration profile, settings and account. The company that added the device into DEP / MDM program will not be able to remotely control it.
P.S. iActivate MDM lock removal and iCloud lock are two different services.
